Unless you request otherwise, I ship your ornaments USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I pack your ornaments well enough to withstand its journey from me to you. I wrap them in tissue and place them in a gift box with cushioning, then wrap the gift box in bubble wrap and place it in a larger, sturdy box with even more cushioning. As a result, one ornament might come to you in a 10 x 10 x 10 box. The cost of shipping depends on where you live and the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping usually takes 2 to 4 days.
Time to Ship
Art ornaments are available to ship immediately. Greek and custom ornaments are made to order and take additional time to create. Please allow up to 2 to 5 days for Greek ornaments to be created.
Turnaround time for custom orders depend on how long the design approval process takes.

Payment for Custom Orders
, I will send sample sketches to your email address within 5 business days of your order. Once you approve a design, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of the ornament and shipping. Your order will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 business days of the invoice.
Work will start on your ornament once payment is received. Unless you are otherwise notified, the custom ornament will be shipped no later than 5 business days of receipt of payment.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds are accepted for art ornaments and standard Greek designs within 7 business days of your receiving the ornament.
I take extra care to pack your ornaments to survive a carrier’s worst day. However, if your ornament arrives damaged, please notify me immediately (within 48 hours of your receiving the ornament), and I will create and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
No refunds are accepted for custom orders or customized/personalized Greek ornaments.
If you place an order for an
ornament and then change your mind, contact me within 3 hours after you’ve placed your order. I will issue a refund and cancel your order.
If you place a custom order, I first send sketches of possible designs, and once you approve a design, I send an invoice. If you change your mind at either of those stages, just let me know and I’ll cancel the custom order process. If you have already paid an invoice and need to cancel the order, please contact me within 3 hours after you’ve paid the invoice. Once I begin work on the custom ornament (about 3 hours after payment), the order cannot be canceled.
If you’re placing a custom order and I have sent an invoice, payment must be received within 3 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within 3 days of the invoice date, your order will be canceled.
